Welcome to Prince Rupert Gymnastics!

We provide community movement programs, recreational gymnastics, and, pre-competitive & competitive gymnastics. Our focus is on physical literacy and life long movement. Our programs are for participants ages 6 months to 90+ years young! We welcome all abilities, stages, ages and how participants identify. Our focus is on fun, fitness and fundamentals! All of our coaches are certified with the National Coaching Certification Program. We also offer cross training, birthday parties & rentals, as well as, school & community programming.
